How does coaching work?
As business owners we care so much about our business that we're willing to sacrifice nearly everything to make it successful.
We skip our our kid's events, postpone vacations, and even neglect our health. We do whatever it takes to make the business work.
But, does the business work?
Does it work without you? Are you a PART of the business, or ARE you the business? For many business owners, you are the business.
Without you, there is no business.
You need to take a step back and look at things from another angle. You need to work on the business rather than in the business.
You need to create a business that works without you.
How is this possible? You're days are already packed with marketing, sales, management, finance, accounting, and HR. How are you supposed to find the time? How do you find people you can trust? How can you give power or control to someone else?
There's two ways to ask these questions. One way opens the conversation, and the other way closes the conversation.
